Properties on the Costa Blanca

Real estate - and especially residential, there is now built a lot, because this country from all Western European countries enjoys the greatest popularity among buyers and investors in housing construction. This is facilitated by a mild climate, good-natured mentality of local residents, as well as strong political and economic stability of the state.

In Spain, designed and implemented the entire area occupied by residential real estate, which is sold to the right and left to all comers. Despite the relatively high price of homes here - from 200-300 thousand euros (which is due to the fact that the Spanish turnover is very large money), their cost is fully paid off by the beautiful living conditions, the scenery of the surrounding places and the creation of comfort in the shower.

And if you work in Spain, then this price will seem completely ridiculous to you. As it was said before, Spanish economic structures created whole spaces, given for real estate. Each of them is a real paradise for a foreign visitor both in terms of the surrounding area and in terms of economic potential. One of such places is the Costa Blanca. Costa Blanca got its name due to the color of this coast. And in fact, the first thing that catches the eye of a traveler who has come to this wonderful corner is a noticeable white shade of the coastline, hidden by alternating rocks, covered with pine trees.

The water splashing near the seaside for the day changes color, and she herself is very clean, transparent. Depending on the time of day, the water can be dark blue, soft blue or light turquoise. The traveler has the opportunity to observe all the submarine life of the sea hidden from the eyes of a person, precisely because of the transparent water. But not only natural landscapes attract tourists and investors. Along the coast of the Costa Blanca there are a large number of man-made attractions: museums, ancient parks, ancient palaces, cathedrals, fortresses, churches ...

In general, everything a tourist can only dream about. Therefore, Costa Blanca is not only a place to swim in the warm sea, but if it is tired, it is also a place for active cultural recreation. And if such a variant of pastime is uninteresting to you, and you are a "night bird", then specially for such cases in the Costa Blanca there are many night institutions. After a midnight life here literally boils - the clubs, bars, discotheques, as well as flamenco here will not let you sleep peacefully on the coastal territory. All this lasts until the morning.

Midnight train, working at night, will help you save time and fuel on a trip to various places of entertainment. It must be said that the White Coast always hosts national holidays, and any of them is bright, colorful, unforgettable. For example, the Spaniards always devote Fiestas to the Virgin Mary and other saints, which is accompanied by large processions. Those who are lucky enough to buy real estate here, or at least rent for the tourist season, will be lucky, and he will not be bored.

Investors and businessmen understand this perfectly, so they try to do everything possible for the development of this region, constantly building new housing and improving local infrastructure. Residents here live, as in paradise, although all this has one noticeable minus - the investment in real estate is great, so they assume big prices for houses being sold. Although, again, if you find a decent job in Spain, the cost of housing will not be a big problem for you. The capital of this wonderful district is the city of Alicante, located in the heart of the Costa Blanca.

By right this settlement is considered one of the most popular tourist resorts in the whole area. Tourists are attracted by the architecture of buildings of this town: very successful combinations of Gothic, Baroque, elements of Greek and Romanesque styles, Moorish and modern. On the Benacantil rock near the city, at an altitude of 166 meters from the sea level, there is the castle of St. Barbara - Castillo de Santa Barbara. The history of this unique structure begins as early as the third century AD, when a fortress was built on this site, the strategically convenient position of which was successfully used by the Carthaginian generals. For nearly two millennia, there was no one who could conquer this castle. Fortress throughout its history has repeatedly been strengthened, completed and rebuilt a large number of times. So it was even in the 16th century, when Christians gave this fortress a modern name. Tourists Castle of St. Barbara attracts numerous attractions, including the "tower of honors," "English bastion," the chapel and salon of Philip II.

A lot in terms of housing can offer Spain. Real estate Alicante is perfect for different categories of the population, with different interests. It is worth noting that there are a lot of places of interest concentrated here, which can take many months to visit. If you go up to the previously mentioned castle of St. Barbara, on the other side of the city you can see the castle of St. Fernando, which was built in the 10 years of the 19th century during the War of Independence in Spain. With the 166-meter cliff of Benacantil, the entire city is perfectly visible - as in the palm of your hand.

From here you can even see the towns neighboring Alicante - Santa Pola, Benidorm and others. On the straight line between the castles of saints Bárbara and Fernando, surprisingly, the main sights of this city are located. From here you can see a gorgeous city park, which collected an interesting collection of paintings of the Museum of Art of the XX century. From here you can also see the church Iglesia de Santa Maria, built in the late 15th century in the Gothic style (later its altar and portal were rebuilt in Baroque style), and the cathedral La Catedral San Nicolas de Bari, built in 1662.

The cathedral is dedicated to the patron of the city of Alicante - Saint Nicholas Bari. It is one of the most significant sights for the city. Near the cathedral is part of the old city, which is also called Moorish, because after the victory of Christians lived the Moors. This area is one of the oldest in the city, its architecture has remained completely untouched and may be of interest to a person who is fond of architectural styles.

All official processions, parades, fiestas and other celebrations take place in the heart of the city - La Rambia de Mendez Nunes. Alicante is famous for its monastery, El Monasterio de Santa Veronica / de Santa Faz, which houses the canvas on which the face of Jesus is sealed. According to legend, Veronica wiped this piece of cloth bloody sweat pouring on the face of the Savior, and his face forever imprinted on this canvas.

This relic began to pay homage from the end of the 15th century, during the terrible drought, and today, in May, tens of thousands of pilgrims come to the monastery, located 5 kilometers from the city limits, to pay tribute to this relic. Located here attractions, paradise landscapes and the weather, wonderful living conditions do not go unnoticed by potential property buyers. That is why the demand for the purchase of houses and lodges of different sizes and warmth in Alicante never falls, than investors and capital owners successfully use.

One of the most attractive resorts in the province of Alicante is the tourist center of Benidorm, located on the very shore of the same name bay. He is not only attractive in Alicante district, but is known throughout Spain and even beyond. A huge cliff, protruding into the bay of Benidorm, creates the illusion of dividing it in two. From the side it seems that the bay is two glistening crescents.

The tourist center itself is located in a very convenient from the point of view of natural conditions: the surrounding mountains protect from sudden unpleasant weather changes, including cold northern winds. Therefore, to say that the climate is comfortable here is almost nothing to say. Unique weather conditions here have led to the fact that the temperature regime of water and air practically does not differ from each other, and the amplitude of their temperatures is almost imperceptible.

All year round the resort is illuminated by the sun, the clouds here are rare in themselves. Therefore, the tourist season in Benidorm continues to be ready, local hotels and houses accept guests at any time. But the most flourishing life in the resort reaches the summer, when the greatest influx of people is expected. There is a well-developed infrastructure, which includes a lot of attractions and objects of active nightlife.

The town is literally filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, nightclubs, which in large numbers flood the avenues and embankments. And no wonder - the entertainment industry in Benidorm - the main and only source of income. Every night, going out into the street, you get to a holiday that does not cease until the morning. At night a lot of shows, discos with incendiary music, bright performances, beautiful lights and an endless stream of fun are organized. If you are a fan of a more relaxing holiday - for you in a wide list of colorful institutions: Spanish taverns, exotic restaurants, pubs, shopping centers.

Continue this list for a very long time, but to visit all the entertainment points of Benidorm, not enough for several years. Therefore, this small town has become an excellent option for overseas tourists who want to relax in Spain on a large scale. Also Benidorm is an excellent choice for those who want to buy property in Spain on the coast, with its marvelous climate conditions and a large list of entertainment.
The pearl of the Costa Blanca is the all-recognized Javea resort. It lies between two capes - St. Antonio and the cape of La Nao, dividing the road from Valencia to Alicanto in half. This resort center, from the perspective of investors, has a huge potential. Tourists and visiting guests find beautiful landscapes here, enjoy the view of the unique mountain landscapes, are surprised by the local soft sea climate.

In Jávea, all kinds of recreation, including active ones, are welcome. It has its own sports port, from which you can go to the sea, taking up water skiing, gliding, and even fishing! Of the sights, in large numbers located in Javea, it is necessary to note the church of St. Bartholomew, which was built in the Gothic style, which rises above the entire historical center of the city. And the rest of the architectural monuments here were perfectly preserved. As for the purchase of real estate, since Javea is one of the best resorts on the White Coast, here the most popular is the accommodation of elite class: namely the villa. Of course, this is a rather expensive option, but in Javea there is a lot of money, because buying or renting a villa on a local scale is not at all expensive.
